Timenow’s Compliance and Integrity Program is a comprehensive framework of mechanisms, tools, procedures, standards, and internal structures designed to ensure our activities are conducted ethically and fully compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
Compliance involves aligning our processes and operations to meet legal requirements and the expectations of our partners, suppliers, and clients. By refining control measures and developing robust strategies, we ensure our processes are closely monitored, and our employees are guided to adhere to legal standards.
Integrity, a key component of compliance, focuses specifically on anti-corruption measures in line with the Anti-Corruption Law. Our aim is to develop secure methods for identifying and combating fraud, detecting deviations, and preventing illicit activities within our organization and in our interactions with suppliers and clients.

Compliance Officer
Timenow has a structured Compliance Officer to ensure all procedures are up-to-date and adhered to within the organization. The goal is to ensure the smooth functioning of corporate governance and strengthen the company’s compliance through transparent and efficient practices.
The Compliance Officer plays a crucial role in guiding employees’ actions, providing fair and accurate interpretation of the Code of Ethics and other compliance policies, and managing responses to instances of non-compliance. They strive to find the best solutions to achieve goals without compromising duties and principles of integrity and ethics.
Additionally, the Compliance Officer continuously maps and assesses the company’s risks. They work to keep senior management aware and committed to their legal responsibilities and duties. This role involves establishing the Code of Ethics and Conduct and internal policies and procedures to ensure all processes are aligned with the company’s values and objectives.
The Compliance Officer is also responsible for communicating new rules, regulations, and codes to the company and conducting ongoing employee training. This ensures everyone is knowledgeable and processes, operations, and conduct are properly maintained. The officer monitors, tracks, and analyzes results with the help of internal controls.
Furthermore, the Compliance Officer is responsible for creating and implementing a secure and efficient whistleblowing channel. This channel allows for reporting information and evidence of behavior that violates Timenow’s laws, regulations, and rules. The Compliance Officer also assists in the reception, investigation, and resolution of corruption cases.

Aiming to expand our commitment to ethics and integrity, we provide an official reporting channel to communicate suspicions or evidence of corruption, fraud or other violations of legislation and internal company rules.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Given our purpose and commitment to act ethically and with integrity, practicing transparent management that values the honesty and fairness of our internal and external actions, including relations with the government, we strictly follow the premises described in our Code of Conduct . The document clearly and objectively addresses issues linked to our daily lives and our professional relationships and seeks to ensure that this stance is replicated and practiced by each of our employees.
ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY
Timenow’s Anti-Corruption Policy was created to establish the rules and guidelines that must be followed by our employees and business partners, within the scope of their relationship with agents or employees of the Public Administration. To this end, the highest standards of integrity, legality and transparency practiced by the market were observed.
DATA PROTECTION POLICY
This policy aims to demonstrate Timenow’s commitment to the privacy and protection of personal data, informing data subjects about the processing of data collected by us, the reasons for collection, use, necessary sharing, as well as how to storage, updates, management and deletion of this data at the request of our holders or by normative and regulatory requirements that govern the company.
