At Timenow, we are committed to excellence in corporate governance, ensuring transparency, accountability, and integrity in all our operations.
Empowering our team is critical to our success. Through our Time Owners program, we offer employees the opportunity to become shareholders, fostering a sense of ownership and long-term commitment. This program is structured, validated, and guided by clear criteria, ensuring our managers are leaders and integral stakeholders in Timenow’s future.
Our governance structure is overseen by the Board of Directors, a body comprising five members who represent our shareholders. This board plays a crucial role in guiding our strategic direction and ensuring that our operations are in line with the best market practices. They are supported by multidisciplinary committees that analyze and direct projects and make strategic decisions.
By continuously improving our standards, controls, and accountabilities, we strive to create lasting value and ensure the success of Timenow and its diverse community of stakeholders.
