With a Gross Operating Revenue of approximately R$400 million and an impressive 60% increase from 2021 to 2022, Timenow has secured the 5th position nationally in the Brazilian Engineering Ranking in the Designers and Managers category. In just 10 years, the company has risen from the 50th to the 5th position on the list.
Data from Revista O Empreiteiro reveals that despite the challenging year for Brazil, marked by high interest rates, inflation, and a turbulent political landscape, engineering companies demonstrated resilience and growth.
Overall, there was a 37.45% increase in revenues for companies in the Construction, Design and Management, Industrial Assembly, and Special Engineering Services segments.
Rise of Designers and Managers
Among the sectors, Designers and Managers saw a 49.58% increase in revenue in 2022. This surge indicates growing demand for new projects that promise to boost the sector’s future. Timenow is at the forefront of this segment.
Antonio Toledo, CEO of Timenow, believes that securing the 5th position in the “O Empreiteiro” Ranking is more than a testament to the company’s financial and technical performance. “This result materializes the construction of an innovative and diverse culture, focused on client commitment and valuing people.”
Toledo also highlights that Timenow’s integration of its culture with a robust business strategy, prioritizing quality, resource optimization, and deadline adherence, has been crucial to the company’s success. “Everything we are achieving revolves around this alignment of people, processes, and technology. We are grateful to the clients who trust our work and give us the opportunity to put our values into practice,” he summarizes.
In a sector where 14 companies achieved growth of 100% or more, being in the top 5 is undoubtedly a remarkable feat.
For over five decades, “O Empreiteiro” magazine has been a reference in the Brazilian construction and engineering industry. Its annual ranking, based on independent consultancy, analyzes and establishes the 500 largest companies in the sector in Brazil.
The list is a valuable metric, serving as a guide to evaluate the performance, innovations, and impact of companies in the sector.
