X5 Work Management and PMs + Failure Analysis

1. Purpose and Scope

This acknowledgment applies to my attendance at the bootcamp described above (the “Event”). I understand that the Event is organized by Timenow LLC, and is being held at a WeWork location. WeWork is the venue provider and is not the organizer, sponsor, or employer of the Event unless separately stated in writing.

2. WeWork Venue Rules and Participant Conduct

I agree to comply with all current WeWork house rules, guest guidelines, building policies, posted notices, emergency procedures, and reasonable instructions from WeWork personnel and the Event organizer. Without limiting those requirements, I agree to the following:

• Check in at the front desk when required, present a valid government-issued photo ID, and complete any required visitor registration or security process.
• Enter and remain in the WeWork premises only during the Event’s authorized booking period and use only the rooms, common areas, and amenities made available for the Event.
• Not share, copy, transfer, or misuse any key, keycard, access credential, Wi-Fi credential, or other means of entry, and not allow unauthorized persons to enter restricted areas.
• Behave professionally and respectfully; avoid disruptive, unsafe, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, illegal, or offensive conduct; and follow the directions of on-site staff.
• Not bring weapons, explosives, flammable or hazardous materials, illegal drugs, or any item that may create a safety or security risk.
• Use equipment, furniture, technology, kitchens, and other property responsibly; leave the space reasonably clean; and promptly report damage, spills, hazards, injuries, or security concerns.
• Respect the privacy, confidential information, conversations, and work areas of other WeWork members, guests, and businesses. I will not photograph or record people outside the Event without their permission.
• Keep personal belongings secure. I understand that the organizer and WeWork are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal property, except to the extent required by law.
• Follow all emergency, evacuation, fire-safety, capacity, alcohol, smoking/vaping, food-service, accessibility, and health requirements applicable to the specific location.
• Understand that failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the Event or restriction from the premises, without entitlement to reimbursement from WeWork.

3. Photography, Video, Audio, and Image Release

I understand that a professional photographer and/or other authorized representatives may photograph, film, or record the Event. I knowingly and voluntarily authorize Timenow LLC to capture and use my name, image, likeness, appearance, voice, statements, and participation recorded at the Event (the “Materials”).

• Use, reproduce, edit, crop, adapt, combine, publish, display, distribute, transmit, and create derivative works from the Materials in any lawful format or medium, now known or later developed.
• Use the Materials for internal communications, training, event recaps, websites, social media, presentations, public relations, advertising, recruitment, promotional, educational, and other business purposes.
• Use the Materials worldwide, for an unlimited period, without additional approval, inspection rights, payment, royalties, or other compensation to me.
• Identify me by first name, full name, professional title, company, or general participant description only when the organizer chooses to do so and has accurate information.

4. Personal Responsibility and Event Safety

I will use reasonable care for my own safety, disclose relevant accessibility needs directly to the organizer when appropriate, and follow safety instructions. I understand that ordinary participation may involve normal risks associated with travel, coworking spaces, group activities, equipment, food and beverages, and interaction with other attendees. I accept those ordinary risks to the extent permitted by law.

5. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By signing below, I confirm that:
(a) I am at least 18 years old and have authority to sign this document;
(b) I have read and understood it;
(c) I have had the opportunity to ask questions;
(d) my participation is voluntary;
(e) electronic signatures and counterparts may be treated as originals.
